What's up with all the hush hush?

What's up with all the hush hush? Think about this! Almost 2/3 of all women on the planet have a menstrual cycle happening at anytime. How come nobody ever talks about it?  Here at Aunt Ruby, we are very committed to helping the world be more accepting of a woman’s cycle and to embrace it instead of making it such a taboo subject. Aunt Ruby talks to women about their cycles all the time and is always surprised to find that most women don’t even know when their next cycle should start! Ladies! This is an extremely important thing to know!  It’s hard to imagine being prepared for anything in life when you don’t know how you are going to feel on a given day. C’mon, Nieces! You know you don’t feel so great right before your cycle & you definitely don’t feel so great when it arrives, either. If you don’t know when you are getting your cycle, you have no idea you are about to feel like garbage. Logging how you feel throughout your cycle will help you plan accordingly. Talking about it openly is the first step to remembering to log it.

So, start talking about it! In time, you just might find you understand yourself better. You’ll understand your friends better, too. Heck, your significant other will even understand you better! I mean lets be real here, if our men knew where we are in our cycles the world may just work a bit better for everyone! It all starts with knowing what to expect & talking about it.
