Shhhhhhh......The silent tampon coupon?

This week has been really busy but I finally had time to review some of the emails that so many of you have been sending!!! Thanks for all the feedback and nice comments. I did run across a really great site that is the history of feminine protection. www.mum.org  I found it to be really informative and extremely hilarious. I would suggest that you all take a look at the site. Keep in mind how far we have come in our acceptance of feminine protection products and actually how far we really have to go. I couldn't believe that in 1928 there was a 'silent coupon'  to give to the clerk to get your protection. http://www.mum.org/modjn28.htm   WOW! Its amazing that we are still expected not say a word about our periods, can you believe that? The silent transaction that takes place at AuntRuby.net is all about convenience, but it doesn't have to be hush hush. Don't get me wrong, your package of 25 different feminine products comes in a discreet box but the point is we want women to own who they are and not be ashamed to discuss their femininity openly. I will be back more often with more tidbits, some guest bloggers and information to make that time of the month just a bit easier. So ladies don't be afraid of your female voice!!
